Log into your Optcg account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the return request.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
